Our mini pennants are individually handmade with a wool blend felt with your state or city name hand-lettered on one side.
Our mini pennants measure 4 in. x 2 in. (including loop)
The monochromatic color pack by default includes (1) mini pennant in each color (to meet your minimum):

Or let us know in the custom box that you want to mix and match for your monochromatic color 5-pack to reach your minimum!
