 Light: Medium to bright indirect - Can tolerate higher levels of light if you want to "sun-stress" the leaves. They will become a reddish/purple color.  This "sun-stressing" can also help to bloom and produce peduncles on hoyas. 

Water: All the way dry, once all the way dry thoroughly water. 

Soil: Well draining soil. Add well-draining soil amendments such as perlite, pumice, coco coir, orchid bark.  These plants are epiphytes in the wild which means that they grow on the surface of other plants.  Making sure that they have a well-draining soil to mimic this will help to prevent root rot.
